About the Managing Director
Based in Devon with his wife, Family, and two cats, Stephen gained experience in the BPO industry. With experience working with a range of clients across 4 continents and in a range of industries. He specialised in building teams with struggling clients to optimise operations and remedy pain points.
With a background in Lean Six Sigma, Data Analysis, Software Development, and Computer Science, he wanted to bring the range of experience in business and technology to other companies, and so founded and recruited consultants to Strategic Development, to leverage this skillset to maximise the efficiency and operations of businesses across the UK.
