About SDC Group

Executive quality, accessible by design.

We built the infrastructure first.

Most professional services firms grow into complexity. They start as one thing — a consultancy, an IT firm, a software business — and add capability over time. The infrastructure comes last, assembled around a business that was never designed for it.

SDC Group was built the other way around. We call it the DNA Model — Dynamic Native Architecture. Before any division launched, we designed and built the core: operations, governance, business development, brand standards, and financial infrastructure. All of it active. All of it shared. None of it rebuilt for each new division.

Every division that extends from that core inherits a complete operating blueprint from day one. That's not a feature of our growth. It's the architecture we started with.

  • 01
DNA Model Our Dynamic Native Architecture enables divisions to focus entirely on quality and client outcomes from day one.
  • 02
Active Core Shared infrastructure covering business development, compliance, operations, branding, and master insurance.
  • 03
Executive Quality A brand promise of quality and consistency across strategy, technology, software, and AI.

What every division inherits from day one.

When a new division launches within SDC Group, it doesn't start from scratch. It starts from here.

Inherited Benefit 01

Business development

The Group Head of BD works across all divisions from day one — developing pipeline, partnerships, and commercial relationships.

Inherited Benefit 02

Operations and compliance

HR, financial reporting, contractual standards, and governance infrastructure. None of it needs to be built from scratch.

Inherited Benefit 03

Brand and standards

Every division carries the same quality signal — backed by consistent brand standards maintained across the whole Group.

Inherited Benefit 04

Strategic oversight

Direct access to the Group CEO for strategic decisions, investor conversations, and governance. From day one.

Inherited Benefit 05

Cross-division connectivity

A client of one division is a potential client of all of them. That referral engine is built into how the Group operates — not left to chance.

Inherited Benefit 06

Master insurance

Group-level professional indemnity, public liability, and directors and officers coverage. Shared across every division.

Group Leadership

The minds driving SDC Group's unique DNA Model.

Stephen Bradley-Carter

Stephen Bradley-Carter

Group CEO

Stephen founded SDC Group on a single conviction — that the infrastructure which makes a business excellent should be built first, not assembled after the fact. His background spans law, Lean Six Sigma process improvement, and senior operations management in global professional services. He is also interim CEO of Barlass Consulting Associates.

Kurt Osborne

Kurt Osborne

Group COO

Kurt oversees shared services and operational delivery across all divisions — the engine room of the DNA Model. He previously worked alongside Stephen in global BPO operations and brings deep experience in systems, compliance, and infrastructure.

Chelsea Bradley-Carter

Chelsea Bradley-Carter

Group CCO

Chelsea is responsible for creative direction and brand standards across SDC Group and all its divisions. She ensures that every division carries the same quality signal — visually and verbally — regardless of the market it serves.

The Institute for Responsible Consulting

A commitment to independent, public accountability in professional advisory services.

Restoring Trust to Consulting

The consulting industry faces a growing trust deficit. Unlike other professional fields, it lacks independent standards, public accountability, or consequences for ethical failures.

SDC Group is proud to incubate the Institute for Responsible Consulting (IRC) — an independent ethical authority built to establish a transparent standard for professional advisors.

Active SDC Group divisions are founding signatories of the IRC. They publicly commit to the IRC's 7 Principles and submit to its independent Adjudication Panel and public Register of Withdrawals.

The 7 Principles of the IRC

  • 1. Integrity & Honesty
  • 2. Independence (Proactive Disclosures)
  • 3. Competence (Qualified Delivery)
  • 4. Confidentiality
  • 5. Social Responsibility
  • 6. Accountability (Adjudication Panel)
  • 7. Affordability (Proportionate Fees)
Founding Signatories: UnderPin IT, Myriad Applications Publishing, Barlass Consulting Associates.

Our Impact Focus

Track 1: Youth Mentorship
Providing direct mentoring, process guidance, and professional development support to young people (14-25) from underprivileged backgrounds.

Track 2: Founder Support
Delivering at-cost technical support, software access, and advisory services to entrepreneurs starting out from similar socio-economic backgrounds.

Accessible by Design

SDC Group's social impact programme, Accessible by Design, delivers structured support and mentorship to young people and aspiring entrepreneurs from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Co-founded by Group CCO Chelsea Bradley-Carter and rooted in her personal story of growing up in a council house household, the programme turns our brand promise into measurable social action. It provides the pathway for SDC Group to fulfill its social responsibility principle in an authentic, impactful way.
